West African coffee is quite the rarity in the specialty coffee realm, and this particular origin is brand new to the GBC crew. This is the first time we are tasting coffee grown at this latitude and longitude, and it has been fun traversing this unknown territory. This natural process, or natural fermentation, offers a shockingly bright cup, reminiscent of the origin famous for the natural process (Ethiopia), but on the complete other side of the continent.
