Ginger Beard Coffee is your funny, one-of-a-kind best friend who doesn’t take life too seriously, always making you smile and your day better, serving you the best coffee around.
Our story didn’t start like most coffee shops, with visions of corporate profit. Instead the idea was a simple one: what if their love of coffee and of people could combine in a new way. What if we could bring new life to an old space?
So, we quit the daily grind of corporate life to start serving coffee here in Tampa’s Channelside District. And not just any coffee, but Nitro Cold Brew, and named after the ginger beards growing on our faces. We used the same equipment as we had for homebrewing beer but instead to make coffee, just minus the alcohol. Since 2015 the beards have grown beyond Josh and Derek, adding a couple new beards to the team.
